I want to connect to my INBOX, at yahoo.com and open a message using its name. Can I do this with php?
I saw something imap_open("link","username","password"), but it sais nothing about opening a mail with a specified name...

Thank you in anticipation!

It probably is possible to some extent. But, Yahoo is web based email. In fact to get POP3 access you have to pay for the premium service.

You might want to do a little investigation into a utility called "Yahoo POPs" which allows you to download email from Yahoo to your Windows clinet. There is some info out there on how they built that.
The quality of the responses received is directly proportional to the quality of the question asked.

I do not always test the code I provide, so there may be some syntax errors. In 99% of all cases I found the solution to your problem here: http://www.php.net
