InnoDB vs MyISAM

I'm bulding a multi-user CMS and I'm interested in using transactions and row level locking (InnoDB only as i understand it?).  I've always built sites using MyISAM.  I'm using MySQL 4.1.15.  Can someone breakdown the benefits/gotchas of using INNODB for me?  I want to make sure if i make that switch that I'm not going to get bit :)  Thanks!
