Need solution to stream exec(tclsh blah.tcl) stdout to client

I have a php/js/mysql based application that I would like to link to a tcl application run by another group at my company.  What is the best method to exec a tcl script via php and send stdout to a client?  I would like the user to be able to view the output of the tcl application while it runs.
