mysql record id as a hidden form variable

Evening!

I have a form where i would like to send a hidden variable. The value of this variable is a URL to an html template displaying much of the information entered in the form. The info from the form is stored as a record in a MySQL database. I am using the following code but i'm not sure its right.
<INPUT TYPE=hidden NAME=info_id VALUE="http://www.globexposure.net/more_info.html?marker_id=" . $row['id'] . >
The URL needs to include the MySQL 'id' for the record but i don't know how to parse the id to the form before the form is submitted. I hope you understand me and can help.

Many thanks
Olly
