PHP Formail Error

Hello,

 

I am new to PHP and am trying to create a form that will send a mail to my e-mail account using www.boaddrink.com formail.php.

 

I have configured the php with my address and the referers.

 

Once the form is submitted i recieve the e-mail but the form displays an error message and i cannot redirect the page to the thank-you page:

Can you post the code from formail.php so we can see whats going on.
