homeseer com object

Hi I am trying to connect to a program called Homeseer through homeseer and com, I am getting the following error and have no idea what it means or more importantly how to debug

 

Call to a member function Transmit() on a non-object in D:\xampp\htdocs\HsTestControl\homeseer.php on line 8
