remove MouseWheel in Mozilla Firefox

Browser detection can be tricky/unreliable and is probably not recommended.  That being said, you could start with something like the code below.  I'm not convinced it's perfect but it worked in a quick test of Chrome and FireFox: 

if(navigator.userAgent.toLowerCase().indexOf('firefox') > -1) {                               
    document.addEventListener('DOMMouseScroll', function(e){
        e.stopPropagation();
        e.preventDefault();
        e.cancelBubble = true;
    }, false);
}
