Media Wiki display text only when sharing

I am very new to this and pretty much just googled and youtubed everything to get what I have so far. 

 

So I set up a Xampp server. installed media wiki created a few pages added some photos and created the database in PHP. 

 

My problem is when I share my wiki with other people on my network they get plain text format, how do I get them to see the wiki as it is showing on my computer.
