multi-language web site

Dear Freaks,

My web-site had 3 languages option; Turkish English and Russian: www.temelsan.net I had initially 3 admin panels for those of 3 languages

which are www.temelsan.net/admin www.temelsan.net/en/admin and www.temelsan.net/rus/admin

I wanted to add French and German language options so;

I addedFrench (Francais) and German (Deutsch) language sub-folders under www folder; folder names are fr and de respectively. The En (English) and Rus (Russian) folders were there I mean under www folder already. I copied index.php plus the admin.php and admin's index.php from En (English) folder to DE (German) and FR (French) folders.

Thus I had 5 admin control panels

1- Turkish admin (independent - I can do anything on that content)

2- English admin (dependent to German and French sites. If I do any change on either English or German or French sites the contents on all 3 sites change and become alike)

3- German admin (dependent to English and French sites. If I do any change on either English or German or French sites the contents on all 3 sites change and become alike)

4- French admin (dependent to German and English sites. If I do any change on either English or German or French sites the contents on all 3 sites change and become alike)

5- Russian admin (independent - I can do any changes on that content)

Plus If I change the user name and password on either French/German/English admin panels the user name and the password becomes valid for 3 of those admin panels.

I want to manage those of English French and German content become independent from each other as Turkish and Russian content are.

Thank you for your support in advance.

Note: the first file is the index file of German (DE) folder.2nd is from Russian (RUS) folder. Pls. tell me what other files you need so that you can help.

Moving this to the right forum. (based on OP's post, this is an application design issue IMO)

You should post the relevant code only, in code tags. (The <> button).
