I am a teacher and I wanted to keep track of the multiplication tests that my students pass. I built this page: Multiplication and I wanted to be able to click the radio button for the test that they pass and then hit submit. This would then store the results in a database. I'm figuring this out in steps so what I need help with is: What should the table look like, and what would be the proper sql to fill it. I don't need someone to do it for me I'm just having a difficult time figuring it out. I thought it should look like this: Student1 2 3 4 5 Where Student1 is the row and the numbers are the columns that represent the tests they have passed.
