API Extracting Data

Hi everyone,

 

I'm trying to use an API called the "SPEEDAPI" to extract the "CARS" from a player's profile, and display it on an organized table. I would like to be able to search for the player, and have it update the table. However, I have some of the code finished already to where I type in the player's username, then press "Search," but it just takes me to the link on the API. I need it to update the table instead. Here's my code, along with the page that has my project so far. Can someone please help me?

Because when you click the Search link you are redirecting the user to the api
