coolchickdesigns Posted January 16, 2014 Share Posted January 16, 2014 I'm very new to php and am wondering if someone can suggest the best way to make a callout graphic or text next to the newest news items in the recent posts sidebar widget on this website? http://tsg-i.com/ My client basically wants a red flag of sorts on the news stories as they're added that will stay there for about a week or so to highlight that they've just been added. I can muddle my way around some basic php but am mainly a designer that edits previously-created themes, but I'm trying to learn php as I go. My plan is to use the post.php file in the original Recent Posts widget and add an icon to a list item maybe??? Any suggestions???Thanks in advance!
