For now on, we are pulling data out of one website (for which we have permission), writing it down in database locally, and displaying it on our website. We are checking 2 languages (i will give more brief in person, i don't prefer to put it in here), one is English and another one has special characters. However, the problem is that we split data in 2 tables, one is english, another is 2nd language, on time to time, 2nd language is being recognized as english, which should not happen.
