Php webpage for displaying punkbuster screenshots from gameserver

I am interested in building a simple html page that will show punkbuster screenshots from a game we play called "Americas Army Proving Grounds".
Our game host makes the pb screenshots public here: http://74.80.133.251/7778/
But it only lists each ss with a player name, guid, time and date with no way to sort, search etc...and to check them by hand is very tedious to say the least.

I'm looking to either be able to upload this directly to the game server punkbuster folder or to upload it to a webserver and pull the screenshots from the existing public ss folder from game server.

Functionality?
Mysql db to store each ss and player info etc..
Sortable by player name and/or guid
Simple config page to edit clan logo, name, server ip and links
Scale images down from original size to fit browser window more efficiently
Guests can click any screenshot "player or guid" to fetch any other corresponding ss from the player or guid

I will be supplying a finished psd to help aid in design of the page....the image above was only to give an idea of what Im after not the final product.

Here is a rough idea of what I want to do:
