Hello Guys, 


Im looking for Application for Call Agent System, Anyone familiar with the Contact Center/Call Center Solution? I need to know how well it cover the following features:


-Monitoring agents activities

-Statistical Reports of the agent's performance.


I also searched on internet, I find this company, does anyone heard about them? http://centiumsoft.com/


Any advice, direction or suggestion will be appreciated.
