How Passing value from Pop-up to original page?

Hi All,

 

I not sure what is the function call. Is something like a button at my original page, when i click the button, in will prompt up a new page, the new page consist of a form. eg:

Email and Entitlement.

So i can have multiple email in that form. After i click on ok, the email will be append in the original page.

 

is something similar with this function, but im not sure what is the function call.
