They have an example form which demonstrates exactly how everything works.

 

But why waste your time with those toy CAPTCHAs? Google's reCAPTCHA is both more user-friendly and more secure. A lot of times, users just have to click on a button and not solve any stupid challenges at all.

What's wrong using php-captcha? Is it very easy to hack/break php-captcha?
