help with AzDGDatingLite

I could really use some help with installing and runing AzDGDatingLite

I am running win 2000 server
SQL
IIS 5
PHP 5
and using dreamweaver

I am new to all these save win200 and iis5

the PHP server is working and tested with

<p>This page was created at <b>
<?php echo date ("h:i:s a", time()); ?>
</b> on the computer runing PHP. </p>

I also ran the php version test  and it did well
my sql is fine tested and made a database and dreamweaver connects to it

My prob is that I run the INSTALL.php and get
PHP Parse error: parse error, unexpected $end in E:\Inetpub\wwwroot\install.php on line 592
and the index.php  just sends back too many errors to explain
