ckeditor; paste uSWord doc with images, can seperate image data?

I don't suppose there is a way to separate image and text data from a uS Word document pasted into a CKEditor html textarea element.  I going to loose my 'text' data type in my mysql table if not.

 

Just thought I'd check with the pros before going with the longblob.
