How to used compressed images in php

Hi

 

I developed this site for my client named Centralguide in core php and WordPress. I like to use Wordpress and PHP because it's easy. My client asked me to increase the website speed So, I created some code for speed optimization. After doing optimization website speed has increased but here is one error "Images need to be compressed" which I want to remove. I tried many ways to remove it but don't get ride on it. What told you to compress images? Images are already *fairly* compressed.

 

There are some things that can be done, but if you're looking for a silver bullet you might come up disappointed.
