how to set display brigthness to max on a MX-Linux-Notebook

Hello,

 

the question today: how to set the brightness on a Lenovo Notebook ?!

I have installed MX 18 on my laptop and am quite impressed with it. 

 

I usually set the Display Brightness to 100% as it is more convenient for me. What I found is after I restart MX 18, the brightness is so bad and i want to have it back to 100% and 

the question is: how to set to 100% manually.

the Notebook - here the technical data:

note: i do not know if i have xbacklight active on the notebook  - see below:
