.htaccess Help different get variables

Can somebody tell me why i am having error

i have this different get variables in index.php

The RequestFile paramater is for php file and the others are the get variable for a specific file

my problem is if i am goin to

index.php?Active=$1&PostID=$2&PostName=$3 -> localhost/eg1/eg2/eg3/

it will only retun to me this rewrite rule " RewriteRule ^([a-zA-Z0-9-z-]+)/([^.]+)/?$ index.php?Active=$1&PostCell=$2[L]"

RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d

[requinix]

[^.] means anything that isn't a period. That will include slashes.
