jamescalvin
Hey Freaks, Has anyone heard of this crazy situation: When I type in domain.com/admin and hit enter, it redirects me to http://www.domain.com/admin/login.php and since the www. in the domain isn't active, it takes me to a "page not found" screen. But if i type it in like http://domain.com/admin/login.php then I don't have any problems. Is there anyway to make it so that when i type in domain.com/admin, I don't run into that problem? Thanks
trq
What software are you trying to admin? More than likely you have the root address for that software set with the www.
jamescalvin
That's what I thought at first but i searched and searched through all the related files and I didn't come accross www anywhere. I'm thinking it's a DNS issue. Maybe I can try setting up a Wildcard A record or something. Any suggestions?
trq
Maybe I can try setting up a Wildcard A record or something
IMO you should at least setup DNS to handle the www.
