Ok, basicly the sql database has a stored date and if the current date is < the stored date it will do the php function, if not you get an error. But right now my it just skips the date check and does the other things in the query. Below is my query in php/sql.

$date=date("Y-m-d");

$result = mysql_query("SELECT * FROM `items` where `id` = $yourid and `innum` > $yournum and `date` > '$date'", $link);

the date in mysql is 2006-01-05

EDIT: it works find in sqllog or any other sql program but the php code dosnt.
