Can anyone here help me with securing includes from the IUSR_MACHINE account. I have read about placing the includes file outside of the root web folder however I still have to apply read permissions to the includes file in order for my scripts to function. Any insight into this would be GREATLY appreciated.

My setup is Win2K3, IIS6, PHP5
