using multiple databases in nuke?

Hello folks, i have a question about databases and phpnuke.

What i want to do is have my nuke site on one database and have another database that a module i have can call from.

I want to have this module use the other database to get it's info from.  How can i make this so?

Thanks

What module is it you are wanting to use?  Is the module setup to draw info from a separate database?  Also why do you want it to draw from another database?  It can be done, an example would be the Donations module but it would need to be initially coded that way.

It's a module i downloaded for prices of hosted games.  The only problem is it sets the one price for each game server but i plan on having the servers at different prices per type of game.  So i thought i would re create the tables, naming them to correspond with each game/module so i can control the values for each game.  This means i have to install several instances of the module but rename all the fields so i don't get conflicts.  I just want this info taken from another database so it's easier for me to edit.

Does it have a config file that you have to set the database info in?  I would have to look at the module to see how it draws its info.  I see what you are trying to do tho.  You are wanting a separate module for each game but all modules to have individual tables in a database separate from your nuke database?

here's the files...  another thing.  I really like the layout of this module and how it gives you the options for game and web hosting.  Is there a way that once the customer clicks buy now or similar that it could be tied up to a shopping cart?
