help with setcookie function

I don't know what I did but a of the sudden my setcookie function is not setting cookies. Here is what it looks like

 

setcookie("drname", $_REQUEST['drname'], time()+60*60*24*365, "/");

 

If I take the path off it still a no go. If I take the path and the time off it works.

 

Any ideas?
