Security Alert!

Hi

PHP was working fine with me until i tried it today i tried opening it via localhost and this is what i got

This PHP CGI binary was compiled with force-cgi-redirect enabled. This means that a page will only be served up if the REDIRECT_STATUS CGI variable is set, e.g. via an Apache Action directive.

I tried reading the manual but couldnt figure it out!
