Regex

I need to build a regex expression that is used for filtering spam... Someone has come up with a clever way around my filters... You can see the word VIAGRA between the <span> tags... then he floats the other characters to the right... bay's and content can't seem to find it... I need to regex it, I guess... but don't know how... Of course any other suggestions would be MOST helpful...

Any Suggestions???

I hate regex because I ain't any good at them, but that looks like it might do the trick!
