Last Digit Script

I have a little script that determines if a menu item gets displayed or not:

if ($number == "100" || $number == "200" || $number == "300" || $number == "400" || $number == "500" || $number == "600" || $number == "900") print "style='display: none'";

Instead of manually adding "1000", "1100", "1200", etc, is there not a way that I can tell php to check if the number ends in a "0" then do the function above? I have no clue on how to code it.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!!

Something like

if strpos($number(strlen($number) - 1)) == 0
{
//code
}
else
{
//code
}

I think.
