Creating a dynamic link for each user

Hi,

I am trying to create a PHP page, which has NO user authentication (username or password). What I want is that when a user visits the page, a session ID should be created for that user. That id should be used to connect to a database which has a specific windows media mms link. Then, it should play that link, but create a virtual link that will hide the original windows media mms link. This will help me protect my streams from users. Also, this will help me catch people who steal original links and sell them to others.
