PHP Devolpment Environments

I have used macromedia dreamweaver for years, but somebody in my ComSci class mentioned Eclipse. Does anybody use Eclipse? Does it even have PHP, MYSQL, support? I would like syntax highlighting, auto-completing of tags, bracket matching, and the ability to press ctrl space when typing to bring up context menus.

What is the best environment to develope PHP in?

I really like Microsoft Visual Studio 2006 for C++, C, C#. Unfortunally it will never support php, for obvious reasons (Asp).
