proctk
HI The below code updates information in a table. I'm trying to add some type of validation to confirm that the user wants to continue with the update. The javascript is not doing what I want it to it makes the page white then I get a header error. any ideas how I can do this thank you if(isset($_POST['wish_update']) and $_POST['wish_update'] == 'Delete'){ $wish_id = $_POST['wish_id']; $blank; echo '<script type="text/javascript">'; echo 'confirm("Are you sure you want to delete this gift idea?")'; echo '</script>'; mysql_query("UPDATE wishlist SET giver_name = '$blank', gift_status = '$blank', giver_id = '$blank', giver_change_date = '$blank' WHERE wish_id = '$wish_id'")or die(mysql_error()); } Link to comment https://forums.phpfreaks.com/topic/64176-confirm-delete/ Share on other sites
