Heres whats happening:

Im using www.simplemachines.org
For my forums at www.lanportal.org/forums
Im working on a version 2, www.lanportal.org/v2/index.php

I want to edit the ssi so it will show up the colours i want :D i have this code, but how do i make it php ized? LOL IM A NOOB AT PHP.

For the user name its:
<td align="right"><label for="user">', $txt[35], ':</label>&nbsp;</td>
<td><input type="text" id="user" name="user" size="9" value="', $user_info['username'], '" /></td>

I want:

<input name="user" type="text" style="font-family: Verdana; color: #FFFFFF; font-size: 8pt; border: 1px solid #02C7FF; background-image: url('images/form_bg.gif'); background-repeat: repeat; background-attachment: scroll; background-position: center" size="17" maxlength="17" />

If i get that i can probably guess for password and for the login button.

If you actually know that forum you can help me with this

Second thing, You know where it says, Did you miss your activation email? I want that part out, i dont have enough room on the page for that, and the tag for that is hudge and i dont get it, what do i have to take out?

{
global $context, $txt, $scripturl;

if ($output_method == 'echo')
{
if ($context['user']['is_guest'])
echo $txt['welcome_guest'];
else
echo $txt['hello_member'], ' <b>', $context['user']['name'], '</b>', allowedTo('pm_read') ? ', ' . $txt[152] . ' <a href="' . $scripturl . '?action=pm">' . $context['user']['messages'] . ' ' . ($context['user']['messages'] == '1' ? $txt[471] : $txt[153]) . '</a>' . $txt['newmessages4'] . ' ' . $context['user']['unread_messages'] . ' ' . ($context['user']['unread_messages'] == '1' ? $txt['newmessages0'] : $txt['newmessages1']) : '', '.';
}
// Don't echo... then do what?!
else
return $context['user'];
}

Thanks in advance!
