A few things:
1.) Including a variable from a another php page like:
td height="20" bgcolor="#336699" valign="center"><font face="verdana" size="2">TXT
            HERE</font></td>
Where is says text here, i would want to put text from a variable from another page.

2.) Putting text into an image from $pictxt = 'TextHere'
to display on the image.
And if you could grab the $pixtxt from another page.
Thanks for any help. Really appreciate it

If you are still using mysql_ functions, STOP! Use mysqli_ or PDO. The longer you leave it the more you will have to rewrite.

Actually after looking thogh didnt see anything... but... but i did think of something...
var.php
$headtext= 'header'
page.php
<?php
include 'var.php';
echo " $headtext "

would that work???

EDIT:
Doesnt work...
i figured if i included a file with the variables it would work but i guess not...

Put <?php ... ?> at begining and end of var.php

var.php
<?php
$headtext = 'header';
?>

page.php
<?php
include 'var.php';
echo $headtext;
?>
