menus

hi guys,
i am biulding a website and i will like to implement it in a way that [menus will be on the left hand side] of the page, say you click on the 'home' button it takes you to the home page on the right hand side of the page, and one can still view the website menus on the left...pls pls pls can anyone help me get started on this?

get frontpage....lol...it does that doesnt show code for it though ;(

how do i do that in frontpage?

Just write your menu in its own file and include it in a template for teh site....

And avoid frontpage like the plague!!!!

unfortunately i am not allowed to use templates, i was thinking i could write some php code for it, pls any idea how to get started?
