Weird problem -- content is only displayed on alternate refresh attempts

This is the strangest problem I've had with PHP yet, and it seems like it shouldn't be possible for this situation to happen.

It's this new blog app I'm working on. It's fairly simple, it just creates a web page. The issue is that it is only displayed once for every two hits to the page. Usually the first hit gets you a blank page, but when you hit refresh the content comes up normally. If you hit refresh again, you get a blank page again.

Has anyone else had a similar issue?

Sounds like a server config issue. Does the software work on another server?
