Is it possible to have a different value for an input typ=submit button than the caption it displays ?

I want to change the text displayed on the button to the language that people select
but the value should stay the same or the script will not work.
does anybody know a solution to this problem or do I have to work with hidden input types ?

thank you

onepixel,

sorry for the extremely late reply.
this means that the value is always changed something I can not use.
anyway I found a stupid way around most of the problems I encountered for this.

thanks
