Tabbed navigation IE vs Firefox

Hello!

I'm playing around with a new site and I'm trying to create a good looking tabbed navigation. It looks OK in IE but not in FF where the tabs don't get the correct width.

Does anyone have any idea how to make this work? Is there something wrong with my code - have I missed something obvious?
