Yes. Just use the :focus and :hover pseudoclasses on your input fields. Here's there CSS as an example: [code]input, textarea{
    background: #fff;
    border: 1px solid #83cde1;
    border-top: 3px solid #83cde1;
}

    background: #F0FDE2;
    border-top: 3px solid #b1e77a
