HELP! Undo in phpMyAdmin?

I'd say you're pretty much screwed. There is no "undo" with MySQL, and phpMyAdmin doesn't have any feature that will help you either.

This is why people constantly preach about backups. Do it or pay. Looks like you're going to pay.

If this was on a shared server, you could ask the web host. They [i]should[/i] keep system back-ups and you [i]might[/i] be able to persuade them to restore what you had before. Otherwise, as Ober told you :(
