At www.simnewz.com, does it uses HV menus?? or is it using some other scripts.. i just want something that can make a droplist like

Home
...Subtext
...Subtext2
...Subtext3
Members

(replace ... with spaces)

and so on....

or do all of them have to be done with HV Menus???

What the heck is HV? Menu's like your description suggests are built with client side techs, not php. CSS, javascript and html.

As I stated in my previous post. This has nothing to do with php. Learn html and CSS maybe a little javascript. Layout and the like is client side.
