help needing installing apache

Okay..... Here are a few easy steps to getting a Webserver up and running in no time.

Step 1. Delete all traces of Apache, Php or anything you've already installed to do with a webserver.

Step 2. Download Xampp (You can search "Xampp" on google and it should give you the link)

Step 3. Install Xampp.

Step 4. Type "Localhost" in the url of your browser.

Step 5. Put all of your .php and files like that into htdocs directory in the xampp directory.

Step 6. Type "Localhost/what ever file you want to test.php" in the url of your browser.

Step 7. Congrats you know have a working webserver with Apache 2, Php 5, MySql 4 or 5 and much much more installed.
