[SOLVED] Div scrolling class not working

Ok guys and gals, I've got this page, in the first code the div scrolling class works but in the second it doesn't can anyone tell me why? the difference is that in the second i just placed it in another table.

sorry can't stand 'em enough to help out.... Wink sowwie

 

Hate to say it, but the majority of the time I can't be bothered either. Table based code is too much troubles to read - all that unnecessary code.

 

That doesn't help either, but good luck with your problem! At the very least I'm bumping it for you.
