PHP not working - Mac OS X

Recommended Posts

Hello,

I installed(well turned on) PHP on my Mac (10.4.6) and it was working fine...

Today I was planning on starting to go through this book on PHP (to learn how to do it) but the PHP code is not working, in Safari it just puts the code on the screen, and in Firefox it wants me to download the file...

Can anyone help?

Thanks

- Vince

It seems Apache http.conf file doesn't have the settings to recognize php.

If you install this version of php, you shouldn't have a problem:

or set up the http.conf:
