Aftermath

Recommended Posts

I figured it out. Sorry for the hassle. Here's what i changed in case anyone else has the same issue.
echo "<a href='update.php?id=$id'> $id </a><br />";
I know this should be as hard as it is.. but I can't get it to work for the life of me.
<?php
mysql_connect ('localhost', '******', '******');
mysql_select_db ('*****');

$result = mysql_query("SELECT * FROM post_table ORDER BY id DESC LIMIT 5");

while ($row = mysql_fetch_array($result)) {
    $id = $row['id'];

    echo "<a href='update.php?id=' . $id> $id </a><br />";
}

?>
The link that is supposed to be echoed isn't working properly. It just doesn't add the id that is meant to be there but will display it as text.
