How do you override it to a default value?

In Wordpress. I have 2 css files one name style.css and the other called custom.css How do you unset a style by typing a line of code. Example in what I'm trying to accomplish. Custom.css body { 'remove all styles for the body tag'} defalt.css body {background:blue; font: Helvetica;}

I'm trying to determine what function was ran and where is it coming from

Is there a software or way to know which PHP page was ran. For exaple index.php has a function called balls() but was included for another php page which was included from another. I want to be able to run index.php and know what other pages were ran as well.
