yes that is correct I want the input of one form not to be readable to another filler of the same form

To hide the values in the field I don`t want person A to know what person B put in if that makes sense

Disregard my previous posts* I wan`t someone to fill a form and then send it to another person but with the field hidden kind of like when you put in a password it will turn into dots. ( hope this explains it )

So person (A) fills form person (B) does the same but his form is hidden and merged with person (A)`s form. By hidden I mean like when you put a password in a field and it appears as dots symbolic for characters.

I used the .php extension for the code file. "Just for fun, have you tried zipping the files and using the 'Upload Plugin' button?" I have not tried this

I am trying to create a plugin for the first time. I have xampp up and running, I created a php plugin file in my wp-contents/plugin directory I followed every step of the tutorial but the plugin is not showing in my wordpress dashboard what could be wrong?
