error no 256 insufficient permissions

erwindale posted a topic in MySQL Help

I'm a new user. I'm trying to query MySQL for the first time using the book PHP5 and MySQL E-commerce which uses PEAR and SMARTY and the query GETALL is returning an error no 256 insufficient permissions. Any ideas? I think I've set up the database correctly and my apache server and MySQL database are running as shown in the XAMPP control panel.
