    i am wanting to include a file on my page in a template and i an wantimg to set it so that it will only takes up a certian space and then there is a scrol bar to see the rest is there anyway to do that without using frames? my code is [code]<table height="145" width="*" align="top" border="0" cellpadding="3" bgcolor="00FF00">         <tr>           <td width="552" height="145" bgcolor="#00FF00" align="top">[/code] but i still get my template being brocken up can you give me an example code thanks
